Have fun Earth Day with Our Zero-Waste Creamy Broccoli Soup


Prep time: 50 minutes (together with cooking inventory)

Substances:

For zero-waste vegetable inventory:
3 quarts water
5 complete candy yellow onions, peels included
Peels from 4 extra onions (save the remainder of these onions for the soup recipe)
1 complete sleeve of celery, together with all elements
