Humane Society of Durham Area hosts kitten bathe to assist put together for feline inflow



Whitby, ON (April 26, 2024) – To assist put together for kitten season, a time when animal shelters sometimes see a rise within the variety of tiny felines coming into their care, the Humane Society of Durham Area is internet hosting a “kitten bathe” tomorrow. 

Drop by the animal centre on Saturday, April 27 between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. to satisfy animals obtainable for adoption, be taught extra about volunteer alternatives, and uncover the various group applications and companies supplied by the Humane Society of Durham Area. Animal lovers are inspired to make a donation, drop off objects reminiscent of towels and blankets, or buy some much-needed objects from the animal centre’s kitten want checklist. 

“We need to be ready to look after the various cats and kittens we anticipate might arrive in our care over the approaching months,” says Blair Budgell, Occasions Coordinator with the Humane Society of Durham Area “We’re so grateful for our group’s assist and we sit up for welcoming our buddies to the animal centre for this enjoyable occasion.” 

The Humane Society of Durham Area is a registered charity that doesn’t obtain annual authorities funding and depends upon the generosity of donors to assist change the lives of animals in want.
