File this underneath “nerdiest query of all time,” however…

What vocab phrases are you into lately?

A pair years in the past, I realized crepuscular, which feels applicable for these darkish winter days, and I’ve been telling my boys so much not too long ago to stop their histrionics.

And a shaggy dog story: I used to be simply studying a publication from Pandora Sykes (the British journalist/podcaster/e book genius, who we not too long ago featured on Huge Salad), and she or he really useful a pair of sneakers with one caveat: “They ship from the U.S., which is a little bit of a ballache.” And after I learn “ballache,” I pronounced it in my head as “ball-uh-shay” and googled it to see which new vocab phrase I used to be studying, how thrilling, perhaps with the same that means to “palaver,” which my British family members usually say?

Guys.

It was ball ache.

Now I’m curious: What vocab phrases are you liking lately? Please share!

P.S. Methods to create a glowy residence, and what do you’re keen on about the way in which you look?
